Jürgen Neumeyer studied Political Science in Bonn and Bremen. He worked in the German Bundestag for 17 years - first as a research assistant and later as executive director of the Netzwerk Berlin. He and his partners founded republik movida in 2004. He has been managing partner of the agency since October 2011.

Sarah Neumeyer studied political sciences in Munich and Berlin. She has worked as research assistant for several members of Parliament at Deutscher Bundestag. She has been republik movidas office supervisor since April 2012.
Anita Spies has been working at republik movida GmbH since March 2012.
